THESEUS dissemination

According to project requirements, an article was published in Romanian Intelligence Studies Review, no. 27/2022 detailing some of the project results in terms of research into the uses of big data analysis. The article is written by Alexandra ANGHEL, Elena NOVĂCESCU and Mădălina CUC, and is entitled “Big Data and Its Secrets: Types of Big Data”.
The second article, written by Dan SULTÃNESCU, Daniel BUTI, Dana SULTÃNESCU, is entitled “Measuring Likely Voters. A Model for Predicting Electoral Participation in Romanian Presidential Elections”. Members of the project team have spoken about THESEUS project and its results at various conferences they have attended such as:
– Strategic communication in the context of Security and Defence, 2020;
– Bucharest Security Conferences, in 2021 and 2022;
– 3rd International Conference „Semiosis in Communication. Culture, Communication, and Social Change”, 2021.
As a result of the popularity of the course sessions, the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration has decided to include it in their MA program curriculum as a course entitled Introduction to Big Data Analysis, starting with the academic year 2022-2023.
